Who is ineligible for participation in Revitalize Co.'s Wholesale Program?

  • Any organisation that intends to export Revitalize Co. products outside of Singapore or anyone representing an exporting business.
  • Any organisation with a shipping address outside of Singapore.
  • Any organisation that our Wholesale Team, in its sole discretion, is unable to verify is a legitimate business or non-profit organisation. This includes (without limitation) lack of a website, insufficient tax documentation, or other readily available business information.
  • Anyone seeking to purchase a quantity less than Minimum Order Quantity of any product.

Can I purchase Revitalize products through the Wholesale Program and through a third-party distributor at the same time?

If you purchase a SKU through this platform, our policy is that we are the exclusive distributor for that SKU. We reserve the right to discontinue selling to you through this Wholesale Program for violating this policy.

What is the pricing offered for the Revitalize Wholesale Program?

Once your application has been approved, you will have access to the available pricing. We offer unique discounts only available to those who qualify for this Program based on objective criteria. Revitalize may update these prices from time to time and notify you of those changes at that time.

What other perks are there to the program?

There are too many to list! In addition to a wholesale discount, perks include free shipping, sales tax exemption (upon receipt of reseller certificate), access to our full portfolio of products, including new items, hard-to-find flavours/scents, and online exclusives. 

Also, you will have flexible order minimums, packaging and delivery flexibility, and easy payment options. Plus, our dedicated Wholesale Team is available to you anytime to answer questions and set your business up for success by providing insights regarding things like merchandising, and product recommendations.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, however, if you are eligible for tax exemption and provide proof of your exempt status, you will not be charged sales tax. If you are a reseller, please be reminded to upload your reseller certificate when submitting your application.

How do I get a better price than what this program offers?

We assess pricing and discounts on an ongoing basis. We make promotions available from time to time based on whether a buyer meets certain objective criteria.

Can I get a better deal if I purchase a greater quantity?

We do not offer tiered discounts based on volume on wholesale products at this time.

How long before my application is approved?

We will email you within 5 business days notifying you of the status of your application. If you have not heard back from us within this time, please reach out to wholesale@revitalizeofficial.com

Why was my application denied?

Applications can be denied for several reasons. Please review the ineligibility terms at the beginning of this page. If you feel that your application was denied in error, please reach out to wholesale@revitalizeofficial.com

Is there an Order Minimum?

Yes, Order Minimums are 100 units on all products.

What is the shelf life for products sold for wholesale items?

When purchasing directly from wholesale, you will receive products with a best by date of at least 2 years from the date of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept AmEx, MasterCard, VISA, PayPal and telegraphic transfer. We offer invoicing options on accounts upon review. Please contact wholesale@revitalizeofficial.com to see if you qualify.

Can I send you a purchase order?

We only accept Credit Card payments, PayPal payments, and invoicing if applicable.

Will you send me an invoice/receipt?

You will receive an order confirmation for your order via email that includes itemised billing for each item.

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept product returns. For potential damaged/defective products, it needs to be noted upon receiving the order.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping within Singapore is free on all orders.

What is the processing time?

We process orders in 1-5 business days. Based on your shipping location, it may take about 14-21 business days or earlier for delivery. 

Please note that rare occurrences outside of our control that impact shipping carriers, such as weather or natural disasters, can cause delay.
